3) Soil and water: the soil should meet the requirements of chicken farm sanitation and epidemic prevention and construction requirements, adequate water, good water quality 

4) Power supply: in addition to the 24hour power supply for the incubation room, the lighting of the chickens must also have power supply. Therefore, for larger chicken farms, it is necessary to have standby power supply, such as double line power supply or generator

5) Open house, as we all know, Nigeria weather is hot and lot rain, in order to ensure good ventilation, open farm is recommended
