Automatically rotate bedding at scheduled intervals. Monitor litter moisture via sensors. Adjust rotation speed depending on bedding thickness and bird density. Alarm triggers if motor overload or rotation failure occurs.
2. Feed delivery system

6. Automatic heater


Gas brooder, electric brooder / heating plate, hot air blower, air source heat pump.
Gas brooder: Heats the air or brooding area by burning natural gas or liquefied gas. The heat is transferred to the chicks through convection or radiation.
Electric brooder / heating plate: Electric current passes through a heating element, generating heat. Chicks receive warmth by touching the heated plate or via radiant heat.
Hot air blower: Electrically heats the air and uses a fan to blow the warm air into the brooding area, providing uniform heating through convection.
Air source heat pump: Absorbs heat from outdoor air, compresses it to increase temperature, and delivers the heat to the brooding area. It is energy-efficient and has low power consumption.


1. Inspect litter weekly to maintain 14–16% moisture, preventing bacterial growth.
2. Clean feed pan every 12–14 days, ensuring no blockages or feed waste.
3. Test nipple drinkers weekly, checking 12–16 L per 1,000 birds/day flow.
4. Inspect fans monthly; airflow must match house-specific m³/h requirements.
5. Calibrate IoT sensors quarterly for accurate feed, water, and climate data.
6. Check heating ducts every 2–3 months to ensure uniform warmth across all zones.
7. Maintain cloud monitoring platform: backup data monthly, update software quarterly, verify alerts and remote control functionality.
