Broiler slatted floor system is designed for meat chicken production from 2 weeks to 50 days with a focus on efficient growth, automatic manure management, and controlled environmental conditions. 

Each house integrates slatted flooring, automated feeding, drinking systems, ventilation, manure collection belts, and IoT monitoring. 

Real-time data analysis improves feed conversion, reduces labor, and supports large-scale operations with up to 50,000 birds per house.

Fittings of broiler slatted floor system

1. Feeders: PVC, 11–13 cm width, height adjustable 18–38 cm, brackets and sensors included.

2. Nipple drinkers: stainless steel ball type, flow 1.6–1.9 L/min, spacing 10–14 birds per unit, equipped with connectors and flush valves.

3. Manure belts: width 0.65–0.95 m, speed 4–11 m/min, 1.4–2.4 tons/hour capacity, adjustable frame included.

4. Ventilation fans: 7–10 per house, variable speed, airflow 0.5–0.9 m/s at bird level, with control panels and ducts.

5. Environmental sensors: temperature, humidity, CO₂, ammonia, feed, and water monitoring sensors.


Material of broiler slatted floor system

1. Slatted floor: PVC-coated galvanized steel, wire diameter 3.2–5 mm, anti-slip surface.

2. Feeders and drinkers: PVC and stainless steel.

3. Manure belts: stainless steel or reinforced PVC.

4. Frame: Q235 low-carbon steel, hot-dip galvanized angle-bar.

5. Fasteners: corrosion-resistant steel clips, screws, and assembly accessories.

6. Sensors: IP66-rated for moisture and dust resistance.


Working principle of broiler slatted floor system

1. Feed supply system

Fittings

PVC feeder, adjustable height support, feeder brackets, feed level sensor, control cable, actuator motor

Working process

Automatically deliver feed at scheduled intervals. Sensors detect feed level and signal refill. Mobile app monitors feed consumption per house. AI optimizes feeding based on growth data. Alerts notify if feeder malfunctions or feed runs low.

2. Drinking system

Working process

4. Manure collection belt

Working process

Belt moves manure from slatted floor to collection point automatically. Speed adjusts based on manure volume. App monitors operation and schedules cleaning cycles. Alarm triggers if belt stops or overload detected.

Maintain of broiler slatted floor system

1. Slatted floors: inspect monthly; clean under belts every 2–3 weeks; replace damaged slats.

2. Feeders: inspect weekly; clean sensors and refill tubes; replace worn PVC.

3. Drinkers: flush and inspect daily; check flow rates and ball valves.

4. Fans: lubricate quarterly; inspect belts, blades, and ducts.
