Belt under A type cage
A completed system based on A type poultry cage system

Third: outside conveyor device
1. Automated cleaning process – the belt manure system removes waste continuously or at set intervals, replacing heavy manual labor. This not only saves time but also makes large-scale farming more manageable.
2. Better hygiene inside poultry houses – by transporting manure outside promptly, ammonia and harmful gases are significantly reduced, improving air circulation and protecting the respiratory health of birds.
3. Adaptability to different farm designs – works efficiently in long houses (50 m or more) and in multi-tier A-type and H-type cages, ensuring smooth manure removal across several floors of birds.
4. Smart integration – the system can be linked with central controllers, allowing farmers to schedule cleaning cycles, adjust belt speed, and coordinate with feeding or ventilation systems.
5. Suitable for various poultry categories – both layer and broiler farms benefit from a cleaner environment, which supports higher survival and better growth performance.
1. Belt Conveyor Unit
A completed system based on H type poultry cage system

(1) Placement: runs directly beneath each cage row or manure pit.
(2) Material: made from food-grade plastic or durable rubber, resistant to acid, corrosion, and daily wear.
(3) Transport function: carries manure longitudinally to the end of the house, handling large volumes with ease.
(4) Drive system: powered by a 1.5 kW motor driving rollers, ensuring steady movement along the full house length.
(5) Speed: adjustable, typically around 0.45 m/s, which allows farmers to balance cleaning frequency and noise level.
(6) Operation mode: can be set to daily, every other day, or continuous cycles depending on flock density.
2. Cross Conveyor Unit

(1) Position: installed at the terminal point of the belt system.
(2) Function: transfers manure sideways, discharging it into storage pits, composting channels, or directly into transport trucks.
(3) Mechanism: can use scrapers, rotary drums, or cross belts to push or pull manure evenly.
(4) Specifications: length usually 2–5 m, with a slower speed (~0.09 m/s) to ensure smooth discharge.
(5) Benefit: prevents waste build-up at the end of the house, maintaining continuous flow and avoiding belt overload.
(6) Application: particularly useful in large houses where multiple belts converge into one centralized disposal system.

1. Manure belt, high-strength rubber or food-grade plastic; resistant to wear and corrosion.
2. Cross conveyor scraper/roller, stainless steel or reinforced plastic for durability.
3. Support frame, galvanized steel or stainless steel; corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
4. Motor & control system, dustproof, waterproof, supporting both timed and smart control.
1. Inspect regularly – check belt tension and surface wear weekly to prevent uneven running.
2. Replace timely – damaged or cracked belts should be replaced to avoid system stoppages.
3. Keep units clean – blades, rollers, or cross belts must be cleared of stuck manure to ensure free movement.
4. Lubrication – motors, rollers, and drive chains should be lubricated on a set schedule for smooth performance.
5. Cycle setting – daily or every 48-hour cleaning is recommended, depending on bird density and climate conditions.
6. Frame stability – tighten bolts and brackets to prevent belt misalignment or shaking during operation.
7. Integration – where possible, connect the manure removal system with the farm’s central automation platform for synchronized operation with feeding, watering, and ventilation.
1. Full or less container from China branch by sea.
2. Local warehouse from branches of Ethiopia, Tanzania and Nigeria.
3. Engineers with rich project experience are available to serve you at any time.
