Brief introduction of automatic H type broiler chicken cage

1. Transfer broilers into broiler chicken cage: workers put broilers in the 1st and 2nd tier of broiler chicken cage, broilers standing on the plastic mesh fixed on bottom mesh of broiler chicken cage. After they are 2 weeks to 3 weeks old, moves out plastic mesh and spreads broilers to the whole broiler chicken cage.

2. Heating: air heater gives the warm air during 1 day to 14 days old broilers.

3. Drinking: 1 day to 1 week old broilers are drinking with small drinkers, workers move out small drinkers, broilers are drinking cyclic medicine water by touching nipple drinker of automatic drinking system after 2 week to 3 weeks old.

4. Eating: 1 day to 1 week old broilers eat by small feeders; workers move out small feeders, older than 2 weeks or 3 weeks broilers are eating feed by automatic feeding system.

5. Manure cleaning: manure are moved by automatic manure removal system.

6. Broiler harvesting: manual broiler harvesting, workers pick up adult broiler chicken by hand.

• Climate control system

1. The indoor temperature can be fixed between 13 and 26 degrees Celsius, which is achieved through the cooperation of fans and wet curtains. The fans at one end of the chicken house sucks away the hot air inside. Under pressure, cooling water vapor comes from the wet curtains at the other end of the chicken house enters.
