Brief introduction of automatic A type pullet chicken cage

It is for young egg laying chickens at age from 1 week tp 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, pullet chicken are transferred to layer cages.

1. Transfer pullets into pullet chicken cage: workers put pullets in the 1st and 2nd tier of pullet chicken cage, pullets standing on the plastic mesh fixed on bottom mesh of pullet chicken cage. After they are 2 weeks to 3 weeks old, moves out plastic mesh and spreads pullets to the whole pullet chicken cage.

2. Heating: air heater gives the warm air during 1 day to 14 days old pullets, or older, it depends your local environment.

3. Drinking: 1 day to 1 week old pullets are drinking by small drinkers, workers moves out small drinkers, pullets are drinking cyclic medicine water by touching nipple drinker of automatic drinking system after 2 week to 3 weeks old.

4. Eating: 1 day to 1 week old pullets eat by small feeders; workers move out small feeders, older than 2 weeks or 3 weeks pullets are eating feed by automatic feeding system.

5. Manure cleaning: manure are moved by automatic manure removal system.

Feed storing in silo is successively into feed elevator equipment, transverse feed spiral augers, feeding carts, and feeding troughs, broilers eat it.

1 day to 1 week old pullets eat with small feeders.

7. Automatic manure removal system

(1) Type 1

Fittings

Manure belts, belts' frames, rollers, row ending manure collection equipment, horizontal manure convey equipment inside pullet chicken house, slant manure conveyor equipment outside pullet chicken house, connecting accessories, etc.

Working process

Pullets' waste is successively dropped on manure belt under pullet chicken cage, row ending manure collection equipment, horizontal manure convey equipment inside pullet chicken house, slant manure conveyor equipment outside pullet chicken house, to the tuck finally.

(2) Type 2

Fittings

Scrapers, ropes, motor, roller, connecting accessories, etc.

Working process

The pullets' manure fell into the manure ditch under pullet chicken cage, is scraped to the end of the pullet chicken house by a scraper, is collected by the workers.

• Climate control system

1. The indoor temperature can be fixed between 13 and 26 degrees Celsius, which is achieved through the cooperation of fans and wet curtains.
