It is designed to rearing 1 to 45 day old adult broiler ready for market, the rearing quantity can be increased 1.5 to 3 times comparing with floor deep litter raising system and be 1.5 to 4 times less than type 2 in same house

Working principle
Birds are rearing in broiler cage mesh basket
Small birds are drinking with small feeder and drinker, worker moves both and birds are drinking cyclic medicine water by touching nipple drinker of automatic drinking system after they are bigger
Birds are eating feed by moving feeding hopper of automatic feeding system
Manure are moved by conveyor belt manure removal system or scraper manure removal system (depending on your choose)
Small birds are standing on plastic mesh, worker moves it after they are bigger and birds are standing on bottom broiler cage floor

Automatic corollary system
The parts are automatic electric control cabinet, automatic feeding system, automatic drinking system, automatic egg collection and manure removal system

The each button independently controls different devices and 2- 3 workers can manage the entire automatic system in the chicken house with 30,000 birds or more

Automatic feeding system

It is combined with small feeder and drinker, feed hopper, hopper frame, hopper track and so on, small feeder and drinker is moved after birds are bigger, the feeding height can be adjusted according to the growth rate of chicken in an adjustable way, the feed is stored in the silo outside chicken house

It can be provided by chain feeding or driving feeding, the feed is distributed automatically to the feed hoppers from the feed silos by the spiral augers (from South Africa with the best quality) installed in the steel pipe, feeding hoppers move and drop the feed from the beginning to the end of chicken house

Automatic drinking system
It is combined with pipe, nipple drinker, water pressure regulators, filter and so on, the pipes with 360 degree flowing nipple drinkers, water drip cups and water pressure regulators, terminals, splits, water filters and medicator, the water is cleaned and no harmful to the layers

Automatic manure removal system
Type 1: It is combined with manure belt, frame, roller, terminal lateral conveyor belt, oblique conveyor belt, chicken drop manure to the manure belt under the last tier of broiler cage bottom mesh, the belt transfer manure to terminal lateral conveyor belt with scraper in the end of every row of broiler cages inside of chicken house, then delivered to the oblique conveyor belt outside of the chicken house, truck accept the manure from the oblique conveyor belt
Type 2: it is combined with scraper, rope, motor, rollers and so on, motor drives the scraper installed in rollers by rope to clean manure from the front to the pool in the end of chicken house or to the oblique conveyor belt outside of the chicken house, truck accept the manure from the oblique conveyor belt

Maintenance
Clean the feeding trough, drinking pipe and so on to make sure broiler cage system and corollary system clean after finish installation
Connect water to make sure the water in whole drinking system is well from row beginning to end
Check motors and add oil if necessary of corollary system daily to make sure well working
Check other plastic and steel fittings, connectors and so on monthly to make sure well working
Clean broiler cage system and corollary system yearly after move all birds out or during changing birds

The corollary system are request in opening or closed chicken house

Environmental control system

Fittings: galvanized steel fans (from Japan), cooling water pads and sidewall ventilation windows

Function: The environmental control system monitors the environmental data of the chicken shed constantly based on temperature and humidity sensor data, we choose cooling system to keep the house has suitable temperature according to different ages of chicken, It controls the cooling fans, cooling pads and the clear story automatically by a microcomputer integrated system, the fans in front of the chicken house suck the fresh air and cooling water for smaller birds and cooling water for bigger birds in pads to the end of the chicken house, sidewall windows are changing air, both air and water go through the whole chicken house

Atomizing disinfecting system
Material: galvanized and stainless steel with plastic
Specification: air blast capacity (opa) 7000m3/ h, atomization volume 60l/ hour, revolutions 3000/ minute, motor power 600w
Functions: increase the content of the bacteriostat in chicken house, reduce temperature, cool the environment, reduce dust, and deodorize the air

Lighting system

Function: promote the absorption of vitamin D, increase calcium, enhance immunity, promote growth, and shorten the growth and maturity period by about 15 days for chicken
