Automatic electric control cabinet
The each button independently controls different devices and 2- 3 workers can manage the entire automatic system in the chicken house with 30,000 birds or more

Automatic feeding system
It combined with vice hopper with 80 to 120kg, driving motor, feed sensor (from Germany) and feed pan, the silo stored the chicken feed, the steel pipe with the spiral auger (from South Africa) connected with silo and inner pipe delivers the feed from the silo outside the chicken house to the feeding hopper and its pipe, the feed is into pans fixed on the pipe insider the chicken house, the height of the feeding line will be lifted according to the growth rate of chickens

Automatic drinking system

It is combined with pipe, nipple drinker, water pressure regulators, filter and so on, the height of the drinking line will be lifted according to the growth rate of chickens, chicken touch the nipple drinker fixed on water pipe by mouth to drink, the water regulator is located on each drinking line

It supplies the water from the water line to the pipes through reservoirs with the proper pressure

The filters and the medicator (DOSATRON of France) are used to clean the water and keep health of all chicken

Maintenance
1. Clean the feeding pans, drinking pipes and so on to make sure drinking line and feeding line clean after finish installation
2. Connect water to make sure the water in whole drinking system is well from row beginning to end
3. Check motors and add oil if necessary of corollary system daily to make sure well working
4. Check other plastic and steel fittings, connectors and so on monthly to make sure well working
5. Clean the feeding pans and standing mat monthly after move all birds out or during changing birds

The corollary system are request in opening or closed chicken house

Environmental control system

Fittings: galvanized steel fans (from Japan), cooling water pads and sidewall ventilation windows

Function: the environmental control system monitors the environmental data of the chicken shed constantly based on temperature and humidity sensor data, we choose cooling system to keep the house has suitable temperature according to different ages of chicken

It controls the fans, pads and the clear story automatically by a microcomputer integrated system, the fans in front of the chicken house suck the fresh air and warm water in pads to the end of the chicken house, sidewall windows are changing air, both air and water go through the whole chicken house

Atomizing disinfecting system

Material: galvanized and stainless steel with plastic

Functions: increase the content of the bacteriostat in chicken house, reduce temperature, cool the environment, reduce dust, and deodorize the air
