The poultry house climate control system can automatically regulate indoor temperature, humidity, and air quality, maintaining summer temperatures at 22–28°C and winter temperatures at 18–34°C (30–34°C during the pullet phase, 18–26°C during the adult phase). 

The system is equipped with components such as ventilation windows, negative pressure fans, wet pads, water circulation pumps, temperature and humidity sensors, automatic controllers, insulation panels, and heaters to achieve cooling, heating, and temperature stabilization. 

Farms can also be equipped with lighting and blackout curtains to manage the flock's light exposure, further promoting healthy growth and improving production performance.

1. Corrosion-resistant aluminum frame ensures 10+ years of service under high humidity, combining strength, durability, and aesthetic design.

2. High-strength PVC water trough with 1.2–2.0 mm thickness stores water efficiently, eliminating the need for additional water pools.

3. Fine 40-mesh filtration protects spray pipes and cooling pads from impurities, preventing blockages and ensuring consistent performance.

4. Cooling pads made from aspen fiber or cellulose, 0.15 m thick, with heights of 1.0, 1.5, 1.8, and 2.0 m, achieve evaporative efficiency of 85–90%.

5. Automatic water refill device maintains stable water levels and reduces manual labor.

6. The system leverages evaporative cooling: hot outdoor air passes through wet pads, absorbs heat from water evaporation, and lowers indoor temperature, optimizing poultry house environment.
