Working process

  • Gas brooder: Heats the air or brooding area by burning natural gas or liquefied gas. The heat is transferred to the chicks through convection or radiation.

  • Electric brooder / heating plate: Electric current passes through a heating element, generating heat. Chicks receive warmth by touching the heated plate or via radiant heat.

  • Hot air blower: Electrically heats the air and uses a fan to blow the warm air into the brooding area, providing uniform heating through convection.

  • Air source heat pump: Absorbs heat from outdoor air, compresses it to increase temperature, and delivers the heat to the brooding area. It is energy-efficient and has low power consumption.
