The central controller acts as the brain, collecting real-time data from distributed temperature and humidity sensors and coordinating actuators such as fans, cooling pads, heaters, and auxiliary curtains through AI algorithms and presetting programs.
The system maintains a stable microclimate, unaffected by external weather, ensuring optimal growth conditions. 2. Automatic heater


Gas brooder, electric brooder / heating plate, hot air blower, air source heat pump.
Gas brooder: Heats the air or brooding area by burning natural gas or liquefied gas. The heat is transferred to the chicks through convection or radiation.
Electric brooder / heating plate: Electric current passes through a heating element, generating heat. Chicks receive warmth by touching the heated plate or via radiant heat.
Hot air blower: Electrically heats the air and uses a fan to blow the warm air into the brooding area, providing uniform heating through convection.
Air source heat pump: Absorbs heat from outdoor air, compresses it to increase temperature, and delivers the heat to the brooding area. It is energy-efficient and has low power consumption.
3. Inlet windows and ventilation fans

Adjustable inlet windows, EC frequency conversion fans, mounting brackets, wiring accessories.
Inlet windows control the direction and amount of incoming air based on controller instructions.
Exhaust and circulation fans create negative pressure to draw fresh air evenly throughout the poultry house.
4. Cooling pad system

Evaporative cooling pads, water circulation pump, water reservoir, anti-algae filter.
Water is pumped over cooling pads when temperature exceeds the set threshold.
Incoming air passes through pads; evaporation absorbs heat and lowers air temperature.
5. Alarm and safety system

Power failure alarm, temperature/humidity abnormality sensors, backup battery, mobile/PC notification module.
Monitors system status and detects equipment malfunction or abnormal environmental parameters.
Sends instant alerts to farm personnel via app, email, or SMS.
Initiates emergency shutdown procedures if necessary.
