Characteristic of curtain system

1. Automatic control motor delivers stable operation with heavy loads, minimizing mechanical failure. Rated power: 1.5–3.0 kW, operating voltage: 220V/380V, speed 0.5–0.7 m/min. The motor is equipped with thermal protection and low-noise operation, suitable for continuous use in large poultry houses.

2. Corner pulley constructed from nylon + glass fiber, supporting high load and facilitating smooth steering of drive cables. It is corrosion-resistant and ensures precise alignment of the curtain system.

3. Upper small pulley of POM material guides traction rope without significant wear, maintaining rope tension for years of operation.

4. Aluminum alloy clamping groove with plastic-coated spring secures curtain fabric reliably, allowing easy replacement and adjustment.

5. Geogrid reinforcement prevents curtain cloth from collapsing under NP ventilation, ensuring smooth opening and closing. The grid also distributes wind pressure evenly, reducing stress on the curtain fabric.

6. Multiple control options: manual or motorized, allowing flexible management of ventilation. The motorized system can interface with IoT sensors for automatic adjustment based on environmental conditions.

Material of curtain system

1. Curtain cloth: PE 200±10 g/m² or PVC 500±30 g/m², tensile strength >1200 N, elongation ≤10%, optional UV resistance for outdoor or high-UV conditions.

2. Pulleys: nylon + glass fiber (corner), POM (guidance), each rated for high-load operation.

3. Rope: high-strength PE, diameter 12 mm, breaking load 500 kg, wear-resistant.

4. Tracks: galvanized steel, corrosion-resistant, supporting 2,000 kg, ensuring smooth curtain travel.

5. Clamping groove: aluminum alloy with plastic-coated spring, allowing precise curtain alignment and easy maintenance.
